Ferencváros a punteggio pieno

Milan looking for a European response
Following their league derby victory over Inter, AC Milan return to European action as they host Ferencváros at San Siro on Matchday 4 of the Europa League.
This will be the first-ever meeting between Milan and Ferencváros in European competition.
Ferencváros boast a perfect record
Ferencváros sit fifth in the Europa League standings after winning all three of their matches, scoring nine goals and conceding only three.
Milan, meanwhile, have recorded one victory and two defeats in their opening three fixtures. The Rossoneri currently occupy 24th place, the final position that guarantees at least a place in the play-offs.
Milan have won only one of their last five Europa League matches and suffered a 3-0 away defeat to Bournemouth in their most recent outing.
Their recent home record in the competition has also been disappointing, with only two victories in their last six matches. Their most recent home win came against Slavia Prague on 7 March 2024.
Milan have also failed to score in their last two home Europa League matches: the first leg of the quarter-final against Roma in 2023-24 and this season’s 2-0 defeat to Benfica. Before this run, the Rossoneri had never gone two consecutive home matches without scoring in the competition.
Looking at all European competitions, Milan have never failed to score in three successive home matches.
Across all competitions, Milan have alternated between victory and defeat in their last five matches, without recording the same result twice in succession.
Two major absentees and a Swiss referee
The Rossoneri will be without Samuel Chukwueze, the current squad member with the most Europa League appearances with 25, and Rúben Loftus-Cheek, the team’s leading scorer in the competition with eight goals in 19 appearances.
Swiss referee Urs Schnyder will take charge of the match. It will be his fourth Europa League appointment overall and his first in this season’s competition.
Schnyder has never refereed Milan in European competition and has taken charge of Ferencváros only once, in a Conference League qualifier against Žalgiris Vilnius during the 2023-24 season.
